EU 2- Student is able to plan the process of negotiation.

EU 3- Student is able to identify and to apply the basic tactics of negotiation.

EU 4- Student is able to conduct contract negotiation in English.

EU 5- Student is able to identify causes of organizational conflicts.

EU1

(2) Student has not basic knowledge on preparing negotiation.

(3) Student has basic knowledge on trade contract and principles of its planning.

(4) Student is able to prepare the Project of contract.

(5) Student is able to prepare the trade contract in many variants.

EU 2

(2) Student does not know basic stages of negotiation process and He is not able to plan that negotiation.

(3) Student knows the basic stages of negotiation but He is not able to plan that negotiation.

(4) Student is able to plan negotiation process.

(5) Student is able to plan the process of negotiation in many variants. He is able to take in to consideration goals of the opposite party.

EU 3

(2) Student does know the Basic negotiation tactics.

(3) Student has Basic knowledge on negotiation tactics.

(4) Student has Basic knowledge on negotiation tactics and He/she is able to apply these tactics.

(5) Student has knowledge on negotiation tactics. He/she can oppose these tactics.

(2) Student is not able to conduct even simple negotiation.

(3) Student is not able to conduct negotiation only according to the prepared scenario.

(4) Student is able to prepare and to conduct negotiation taking in to consideration opposite party’s decisions.

W2- Presentation of negotiation conducted by the students. 1h

W3- Conflict of interests: causes, management, and resolving. 1h

W4- Christopher Moore’s typology of conflicts. . 1h

W5- Discussing of the interpersonal communication models. 1h

W6- Discussing of the phenomena of Framing in negotiation. 1h

W7- Discussing of negotiation process stages. 1h

W8- Typology of negotiation tactics. 1h

W9- Introduction to the Theory of Game in negotiation. 1h

W10- Discussing process. 1h

W11- Discussing of mediation principles directed to the outcome. 1h

W12- The negotiation sheet preparing. Discussion of the principles for final negotiation evaluation. 2h

W13- Final negotiation and mediation for the grade. 2h
