EU 1- The student is able to prepare the contract negotiation

EU 2- The student is able to prepare a project of negotiation process

EU 3- The student is able to identify and to apply the basic principles of negotiation

EU 4- The student is able to conduct the contract negotiation in Polish and English.

EKU5- The student is able to identify the causes of an organizational conflict.

2,0 Student has not basic knowledge on preparing negotiation..

3,0 Student has basic knowledge on trade contract and principles of its planning..

4,0 Student is able to prepare the Project of contract.

5,0 Student is able to prepare the trade contract in many variants.

EK 2

2,0 Student does not know basic stages of negotiation process and He is not able to plan that negotiation.

3,0 Student knows the basic stages of negotiation but He is not able to plan that negotiation.

4,0 Student is able to plan negotiation process.

5,0 Student is able to plan the process of negotiation in many variants. He is able to take in to consideration goals of the opposite party.

EU 3

2,0. Student is not able to identify causes of organizational conflicts.

3,0Student has Basic knowledge on negotiation tactics.

4,0 Student has Basic knowledge on negotiation tactics and He/she is able to apply these tactics. .

5,0 Student has knowledge on negotiation tactics. He/she can oppose these tactics. . EU4
