  • roczny wymiar godzinowy nakładu pracy studenta konieczny do osiągnięcia zakładanych efektów uczenia się dla danego etapu studiów wynosi 1500-1800 h, co odpowiada 60 ECTS;
  • tygodniowy wymiar godzinowy nakładu pracy studenta wynosi 45 h;
  • 1 punkt ECTS odpowiada 25-30 godzinom pracy studenta potrzebnej do osiągnięcia zakładanych efektów uczenia się;
  • tygodniowy nakład pracy studenta konieczny do osiągnięcia zakładanych efektów uczenia się pozwala uzyskać 1,5 ECTS;
  • nakład pracy potrzebny do zaliczenia przedmiotu, któremu przypisano 3 ECTS, stanowi 10% semestralnego obciążenia studenta.

OBJECTIVE OF THE SUBJECT

L 1- Principles of undertaking business activity in Poland.

L 2- The concept of entrepreneur.

L 3- The concept of business and professional activity.

L 4- Characteristics of each categories of entrepreneurs.

L 5- Entrepreneurs registration. Characteristics of the National Court Register and the Central Register of Economic Activity.

L 6- Quasi-entrepreneurs.

L 7- Concept of commitment and execution.

L 8- Limitation of claims.

L 9- Terms of payment in commercial transactions.

L 10- Statutory interest.

P 1- Rules of interpretation of the law.

P 2- Role and source of court case.

P 3- Assignment of the legal basis and the case law to the facts.

P 4- Independent development of solutions of cases.
