Personal data processing information
Information about the processing of personal data for students of Czestochowa University of Technology (CUT) is placed on the home page of CUT in the tab student. The content of the information can be found under Personal data processing information
Payments for students
As of 12/09/2023. Czestochowa University of Technology has launched a new Payment module (model FK) in the USOSweb.
As a result, the following changes have been made:
- Payment information is available after logging in, in the tab ”FOR ALL --> Payments (model FK)”.
- There has been a change in all individual account numbers for payments. Please make sure to check the account number when making a payment. The account number is assigned to the student for the entire period of study and applies only to student fees. It does not apply to payments for recruitment and dormitory.
The suggested method for making payments is electronic bank transfer. Transfers made this way should be visible in the system within 72h after posting to the university’s account.
The ERASMUS+ Programme
Go for adventure of a lifetime with the Erasmus student exchange programme• mobility for student traineeships – grants 750-820 EUR/month
• mobility for graduate traineeships – grants 750-820 EUR/month
(Graduate traineeships carried out no later than one year after graduation, but recruitment process needs to be done during studies)
Regarding to CUT students:
• BSc level (mobility is possible only after the first year of studies)
• MSc and PhD level (regardless the year of studies)

Applications and statements for students
As of 01/09.2023. Czestochowa University of Technology has launched a new Applications and statements for students in the USOSweb.
E-mail for students
Accounts for new students will be available in the first month of starting their studies.

Logowanie do systemu USOSweb jest możliwe dopiero po immatrykulacji, która dla nowych studentów odbywa się:
- na początku października dla semestru zimowego,
- na początku marca dla semestru letniego.
Domyślnym hasłem dla nowych użytkowników jest hasło z systemu rekrutacji (IRK - rekrutacja.pcz.pl).
W przypadku problemów z logowaniem, należy na stronie logowanie.pcz.pl samodzielnie dokonać resetu hasła.
Uwaga! Dziekanat, ani inna jednostka na uczelni nie dokonuje zmiany hasła!
Płatności
Moduł jest dostępny po zalogowaniu w zakładce "DLA WSZYSTKICH --> Płatności (model FK)".
Każdy student posiada swój indywidualny numer rachunku bankowego - taki sam przez cały okres studiów.
Najlepszą formą dokonywania płatności jest przelew bankowy elektroniczny. Przelewy wykonywane za pośrednictwem poczty trafiają do adresata po dodatkowych kilku dniach.
Przelewy dokonywane drogą elektroniczną powinny być widoczne w systemie ok. 72h od momentu zaksięgowania na koncie uczelni.
